Job Description

Salary: $92,000 - 118,000 per year Requirements:

• Over 5 years of UX Research experience within a corporate agile environment
• Bachelors degree in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, or a Masters degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience; Masters preferred
• Proficiency in diverse qualitative research methods, such as usability studies, interviews, focus groups, surveys, card sorts, and heuristic evaluations
• Excellent communication skills, skilled in converting data into actionable insights both verbally and in writing
• Strong competency in data-driven storytelling, transforming raw data into engaging narratives and visual representations
• Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative research tools like Qualtrics and UserZoom, along with UX methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean UX
• Dedicated to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and techniques
• Outstanding organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team-building skills
• Proven experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Lead tailored research initiatives to shape strategies for Auto, Property, and Specialty insurance experiences, significantly enhancing user satisfaction and achieving business goals
• Advocate for our end-users by integrating insights from various sources, including primary and secondary research, industry developments, and operational data
• Cultivate trustworthy relationships with colleagues across different teams and departments to encourage collaboration and innovation
• Oversee prominent research projects, working closely with key stakeholders such as UX, Product Owners, IT, and Analytics
• Direct the objective-setting and discovery phases, which include user persona creation, journey mapping, and understanding user goals
• Demonstrate your ability to influence business partners by delivering clear, actionable recommendations along with relevant business context
• Present findings with clarity and impact, adapting the message for senior and executive-level audiences
• Embrace diverse viewpoints and promote effective collaboration within cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives
