Responsibilities
- Collect comprehensive data on the neonate’s health status and family needs (assessment)
- Analyze assessment data to identify diagnoses or clinical issues (diagnosis)
- Develop and implement an individualized plan of care, including goals and timelines
- Administer prescribed treatments and interventions; monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with the interprofessional team and educate families about care plans
- Promote patient safety and a clean, therapeutic environment
- Maintain professional practice standards and participate in ongoing professional development
- Adhere to stroke care policies and participate in cerebrovascular education as required

Requirements
- Montana licensure (Registered Nurse)
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Provider certification
- STABLE certification
- Minimum of 1 year NICU, Labor & Delivery, ED, or Intensive Care nursing experience
- Education: RN (degree from an accredited nursing program)
- Ability to work in a busy NICU environment and adapt to rotating shifts
