Overview
Physical Therapist position in Olivia, Minnesota, for a 13-week travel assignment starting 06/07/2026. Earn $2,136 to $2,227 per week with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift is 5x8 Days in a hospital setting. This is a travel temporary assignment managed through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient assessments and ongoing re-evaluations to determine physical function, mobility, and pain levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals, using evidence-based practice
- Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercise, gait training, manual therapy, modalities, and use of assistive devices as appropriate
- Document assessments, progress notes, treatment provided, and discharge planning in the medical record; coordinate with an interdisciplinary team
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and patient/family education; participate in rounds and care conferences as needed

Requirements
- Ability to obtain or hold an active physical therapy license in Minnesota or eligibility for licensure
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in a hospital setting
- Availability for a 13-week assignment with guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Ability to work a 5-day workweek (5x8) and adapt to scheduling needs
