Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong technology understanding, excellent communication skills, and leadership qualities to manage cross‑functional teams, drive project execution, and deliver high‑impact software initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses deep analytical ability, problem‑solving strength, and experience working closely with development, product, and stakeholder teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Leadership

  • Conduct daily stand‑ups with development teams to track progress, identify blockers, and drive issue resolution.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams and guide them toward achieving project goals and delivery commitments.

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with stakeholders regularly to gather feedback, refine priorities, and align on expectations.
  • Communicate complex technical details in a clear and understandable manner to non‑technical stakeholders.

Planning & Execution

  • Analyze performance metrics , project data, and outcomes to adjust timelines, strategies, and sprint plans.
  • Own backlog refinement and prioritize product backlog based on business goals, user feedback, and market trends.

Decision Support & Problem Solving

  • Use analytical skills to interpret data and make informed project decisions.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and challenges and craft innovative solutions to keep projects on track.

Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure documentation, project tracking, and reporting are up to date.
  • Contribute to improving processes, delivery frameworks, and project execution efficiency.

Must‑Have Skills

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development processes, tools, and SDLC.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret KPIs, evaluate market trends, and drive insights.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Leadership: Ability to motivate, guide, and align cross‑functional teams.
  • Problem‑Solving: Skilled at identifying obstacles and creating actionable solutions.
