The Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing projects to make sure that the pro po sed plan adheres to the timeline budget and scope . It manages specific projects assigned by the Program Manager to include project requirements scope budget schedule and performance. The TPM role monitors adjusts and reports on the projects performance budget and schedule. The TPM role provide s interim progress reviews until completion . The TPM role assists with proposing implementing and enforcing program policies standards and methodologies and is responsible for either developing or supervising the preparation of studies reports and acquisition documents. The TPM role work s from the latest client approved version of the Project M anagement P rocesses (PMP). The PMP is an evolutionary document that is updated annually at a minimum and as project changes occur.

Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
