Description
Our client is seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong foundation in IT infrastructure and Managed Services. The ideal candidate will have progressed to at least a Level II Engineer before transitioning into project management, bringing hands-on technical expertise and a deep understanding of MSP operations.
This role is pivotal in helping us scale our professional services by developing repeatable processes, standardized procedures, and templatized project plans. You’ll lead client-facing infrastructure projects, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the evolution of our delivery methodology.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and client onboardings as well as manage complex IT infrastructure projects for small to midsize clients, primarily in Microsoft environments.
• Develop and implement scalable project management processes, procedures, and templates for recurring project types.
• Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, success metrics, and delivery standards.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; proactively resolve issues to maintain momentum.
• Standardize Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure consistent documentation across engagements.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of a scalable professional services framework.
• Act as a technical liaison between engineering teams and clients, translating business needs into actionable project plans.

Required Qualifications
• Strong technical experience with infrastructure related projects in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent IT projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (primarily Waterfall).
• Experience with Microsoft technologies and infrastructure solutions.
• Experience in writing and executing SOWs and client-facing documentation.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
