Talent Acquisition Specialist - Contract - Bristol, PA

Proclinical is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring efforts within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

Primary Responsibilities:

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to ensure smooth recruitment processes, from candidate screening to interview coordination. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Lever ATS is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist's responsibilities will be:

• Collaborate with the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
• Review applications and submissions from recruitment agencies within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates and document accurate notes for the hiring team.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
