Job Description

Senior Production Coordinator – Luxury Fashion/Bridalwear

Lincolnshire (Relocation Support Available)

Up to £35,000 per annum

We are currently working with an established British luxury fashion house renowned for its refined bridalwear, red carpet collections, and high-end eveningwear.

With garments produced through a specialist atelier-led studio and stocked selectively through luxury international retailers, the brand is recognised for exceptional craftsmanship, quality, and understated elegance.

Due to continued growth and long-term succession planning within the studio, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Production Coordinator to join the production leadership team at their Lincolnshire-based studio.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production professional looking to build a long-term career within luxury fashion manufacturing and atelier operations.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will take a senior, hands-on role in coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of luxury garments across the production function.

This is a studio-based position suited to someone who enjoys working closely with highly skilled craftspeople within a calm, detail-focused environment where quality and precision are paramount.

Over time, the role is designed to evolve into a broader leadership position within the production team as responsibilities transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production planning, scheduling, and workflow coordination across cutting, making, and outworkers
  • Fabric and raw material planning, ordering, and supplier liaison
  • Managing production critical paths to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality
  • Coordinating cutting schedules and production priorities
  • Managing specialist outworkers and monitoring timelines and workmanship standards
  • Procurement of externally sourced finished products and packaging materials
  • Coordinating imports, exports, and shipping documentation
  • Maintaining accurate production records and reporting
  • Providing day-to-day coordination and operational support to the production team
  • Upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship, fit, finish, and luxury garment production

About You:
This role would suit an experienced production professional from a luxury fashion, bridalwear, couture, or high-end garment manufacturing background.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within luxury fashion or garment production environments
  • Strong production coordination and workflow management capability
  • Excellent organisational and critical path management skills
  • Experience working with ateliers, outworkers, or specialist garment production teams
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control awareness
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-moving studio environment
  • Strong communication and supplier coordination skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Lincolnshire (relocation support available)

Please note: this is not an entry-level or graduate opportunity.

What’s on Offer:

  • Salary up to £35,000 per annum
  • Relocation support available
  • Long-term career progression and succession opportunity
  • Opportunity to join an established luxury British fashion house
  • Collaborative, high-quality atelier environment
  • Immediate interview availability

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced production coordinator looking to establish themselves long-term within a respected luxury fashion brand known for craftsmanship, precision, and timeless design.
