Impact

As a Senior Manager Network Strategy located in Minneapolis MN or US Remote you will be responsible for shaping the network vision identifying opportunities for improvement and blending strategy and operations to enhance existing network capabilities

While no two days are the same you will lead projects and programs working cross-functionally to size roadmap experiment and implement improvements while tracking their effectiveness. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product engineering operations data science and finance to solve complex business problems build new capabilities utilizing data-driven decision-making and run tests. Additionally you will present your strategy and vision to gain alignment with Director/VP stakeholders manage prioritization and trade-offs monitor KPI reporting and act as a mentor to elevate the analytical rigor of peers and junior team members.

What Youll Need to Be Successful

• You have 3 years of experience in strategy operations logistics fulfillment or 2 years in strategy and consulting
• You have 3 years of experience in Retail consumer-focused e-commerce or consumer technology environments (preferred)
• You have 2 years of experience creating and delivering presentations briefs or business cases to drive decisions incross-functional groups of Director/VPs and above
• You have a track record of individual impact and the ability to drive outcomes in fast-moving cross-functional environments
• You have strong business acumen and an analytical process-oriented mindset and are comfortable making data-driven decisions
• You are a strategic and creative thinker who can create structure in fluid and ambiguous environments and experience leading cross-functional projects
• You have excellent communication relationship-building and influencing skills to interact with stakeholders across levels and geographies

Pay Range: $100000- $125000

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham San Francisco or Minneapolis to be hybrid which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate collaborate and spark team -office expectations will vary by role and leader.
