The Sales Operations department has a mission to have ‘the right car, at the right place, at the right time’. This department comprises of three core teams: Commercial Sales, Sales Operations & Variable Marketing Expense (VME) as well as Events & Experiential Marketing. This structure is designed to align our organizational structure and resources to support the field business in achieving our retail, commercial and pre-owned volume and profit objectives.
Our Sales Operations & VME channel includes sales planning & forecasting, incentive programs, and general sales operations. As a Sales Planning Intern, you will be supporting a special project to develop new methodologies to better serve Regions and Retailers with the allocation of New Vehicles.We are looking for undergraduates who are full of energy, committed to success and eager to make a difference. We’re looking for team members who have the ability to drive results, has strong work ethic, and shows initiative. You need to be organized, agile, and curious to discover opportunities in a constantly changing business environment.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
The hourly compensation for this internship is $22.00 per hour. The rate of pay offered is based on factors such as a candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education, and overall alignment with organizational needs.
