Sales Assistant (Legal Marketing)

Join a high-performance digital marketing agency for law firms operating on the EOS framework. We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to optimize our sales funnel and ensure a premium experience for every prospective client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare discovery decks, marketing briefs, and market analysis presentations.
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Maintain CRM accuracy for leads, meetings, and pipeline tracking.
  • Manage sales meeting coordination, including confirmations and follow-ups.
  • Facilitate the client onboarding process to ensure smooth internal transitions.
  • Coordinate client experience touchpoints such as welcome boxes and meeting gifts.
  • Support logistics for trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Assistant or Coordinator supporting US-based clients.
  • Proven experience managing CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
  • Strong understanding of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar structured environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for high-end professional interactions.
