As our Remote Revenue Manager at Trek Leisure, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our pricing and revenue strategy across a diverse portfolio of vacation rental properties. Using your analytical expertise and mastery of revenue management platforms, you’ll track market trends, monitor competitor rates, and respond to shifting demand to maximize RevPAR and occupancy.

You’ll build and maintain dashboards and pacing reports in KeyData, providing leadership with performance updates and actionable recommendations that drive informed decisions. Working collaboratively with Property Managers, you’ll align on owner performance expectations and execute deliverables within established timelines and SLAs. You’ll also refine and document pricing, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure efficiency and scalability across markets. When urgent revenue issues arise, you’ll respond promptly — even outside standard business hours — to keep performance on track.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute revenue management strategies across multiple brands and OTA platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to optimize rates, availability, and stay controls in real time
  • Conduct daily pickup and pacing analysis and make agile adjustments as needed
  • Develop and test dynamic pricing models to maximize RevPAR and occupancy
  • Segment customer demand and tailor pricing strategies accordingly
  • Research and monitor KPIs using industry tools to support demand forecasting
  • Perform competitive benchmarking and quarterly property performance reviews
  • Audit fee structures and identify additional revenue opportunities
  • Conduct retrospective analyses after peak seasons/events to identify improvement opportunities
  • Ensure revenue management platforms are configured and optimized, working with vendors as needed
  • Support marketing and business development by providing data inputs and positioning for rental analyses

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of revenue management, pricing, or optimization experience in vacation rentals or hospitality
  • Proven ability to execute revenue strategies set by leadership with precision and timeliness
  • Proficiency with revenue management platforms (Keydata, Pricelabs, Beyond, Wheelhouse)
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills (or equivalent)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Proactive self-starter, comfortable in remote, independent work across multiple time zones
  • Highly coachable and adaptable, able to incorporate feedback quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
