Revenue Cycle Director
Lowell, Massachusetts
We’re hiring a Revenue Cycle Director in Lowell, Massachusetts who wants leadership responsibility, operational impact, and income stability.
You’ll step into an outpatient leadership role focused on optimizing front-end revenue cycle performance including eligibility, registration, authorizations, and point-of-service collections. You’ll lead workflow improvements, reduce denials, and train teams on best practices while working closely with executive leadership.
You’ll practice in Lowell, Massachusetts, a historic and diverse city known for its revitalized downtown, strong healthcare presence, and access to the greater Boston area.

• You have a strong billing and revenue cycle background
• You have at least 2 years of revenue cycle experience
• You have EPIC experience and have trained teams on workflows
• You have experience managing direct reports
• You’re comfortable analyzing denials and implementing corrective actions
• Healthcare experience is preferred
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000
