job summary:
A Project Construction Manager is needed for a leading EPC firm in the Knoxville, TN area. The Project Construction Manager will oversee the planning and execution of large industrial plant erection projects. You will professionally supervise construction sites and manage a subordinate team of 5 to 15 people. Your primary focus will be ensuring all installation packages are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Candidates must hold a technical university degree and possess over 8 years of professional experience in site management and inter-disciplinary project execution. You must be proficient with Microsoft applications, PIRS, and SAP. Additionally, valid SCC and IOSH certifications are required, alongside a proven track record of handling commercial negotiations with subcontractors. Candidates can expect about 25% travel. Relocation is available for qualified candidates.

- Establish comprehensive project plans and coordinate resource allocation with Project Managers to meet customer goals
- Professionally supervise construction sites and provide leadership to support site personnel in achieving work package objectives
- Specify and procure installation packages and tools while sourcing and contracting third-party personnel
- Identify project deviations or risks early and implement proactive solutions in coordination with the Project Director
- Implement, comply with, and enforce all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations across the site
