***This position will be fully onsite for the first 90 days and is expected to transition to a hybrid schedule thereafter. Thursday onsite attendance is mandatory, along with either Monday or Friday onsite each week.

Tekberry is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Operations Administrator to support contract administration, order management, reporting, and program execution activities for our client, a global leader in precision engineering and manufacturing technologies.

This role is responsible for facilitating timely and compliant program execution through accurate order processing, documentation management, customer communication, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with ERP systems, managing multiple priorities, and supporting compliance-driven business operations.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain contract and sales order information within ERP systems to support timely and compliant program execution
• Generate invoices, process credit requests, and prepare credit memos
• Coordinate shipping and logistics activities, including resolving escalated shipping issues
• Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries from small business partners
• Maintain official program records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Create contract briefs and support documentation required for incurred cost submissions
• Review bailment agreements and monitor contract compliance using compliance matrices
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment and issue resolution
• Manage Return Under Review (RUR) and repair warranty processes
• Create, maintain, and distribute dashboards, metrics, and weekly reports
• Apply basic contract and program knowledge to support documentation, compliance, and operational requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Advanced Excel skills preferred
• Experience with ERP and order management systems such as MBS, CCRF, SAP, or similar platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with data entry, documentation management, and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
• Basic contract administration, compliance, or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Familiarity with aerospace, defense, manufacturing, logistics, or regulated industries preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and functions
