1st 6am - 2:30pm

2nd 2pm - 10:30pm

Job Description

As a PO3 Assembler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient assembly of products in accordance with quality standards and customer specifications. This position requires the ability to operate tools and equipment with limited supervision, while also contributing to the development of procedural instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate tools, equipment, and processes based on provided instructions and personal experience.
• Assist in creating instructions when not available.
• Understand and adhere to standard work, quality policies, and customer specifications.
• Monitor work to ensure quality standards and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping, record-keeping, labor tracking, inventory control, process documentation, scrap, and quality records.
• Support improvement initiatives to enhance safety, cleanliness, product quality, and efficiency.
• Generate innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Stay up-to-date on certifications and training requirements.
• Complete assignments on time without compromising quality.
• Train others on tasks if assigned.

This is a Permanent position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Buffalo Grove,IL.
