Job Title: Paralegal
Location: Boston, MA 02116
Duration: 3+ Month Contract
Work Model: Hybrid (Primarily Remote; 4 in-person days per month required)
We are seeking a qualified Paralegal with strong legal writing experience to support disciplinary and grievance matters within a unionized environment. The selected candidate will manage an active caseload and play a key role in case investigation, documentation, and hearing support.
Manage disciplinary and grievance cases in a union setting
Conduct case investigations and gather relevant documentation
Draft detailed investigatory memoranda
Represent management in pre-disciplinary and grievance hearings
Prepare written recommendations regarding disciplinary actions
Proven legal writing experience (required)
Experience handling disciplinary or grievance matters, preferably in a union environment
Strong analytical, communication, and case management skills
This is a hybrid opportunity offering primarily remote work with limited in-person requirements each month.
