Responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes
Support new product introduction (NPI)
Perform Process FMEA and validations
Drive process improvements using Lean concepts
Manage projects related to equipment and cost reduction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with FDA and quality standards

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
3+ years of manufacturing experience
