Job Responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons to young children through games, songs, and interactive activities to foster their listening and speaking skills.
2. Design and implement lesson plans independently, in line with the kindergarten’s curriculum framework.
3. Monitor children’s learning progress, maintain class records, and communicate regularly with parents about their child’s development.
4. Create a positive, supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages children’s love for language learning.

Salary & Benefits
✅ Competitive Salary: around 15,000-18,000RMB per month
✅ Work time: Monday to Friday, 7:55 AM-5:00 PM, weekends off, with public holidays in accordance with Chinese national regulations.

Requirements
1. Native or near-native English proficiency with clear, standard pronunciation, able to conduct full-English teaching.
2. Non-native candidates:
If already in China: must currently hold a work visa for English teachers.
If abroad: must hold a bachelor’s degree in English or Education, plus a TEFL certificate.
