Job Description

Salary: $115,000 - 155,000 per year Requirements:

• Ability to work onsite 5 days each week
• Experience in supporting a large enterprise environment
• Experience managing small projects from planning through execution
• Must possess US Citizenship or Green Card

• Recommend new acquisitions of hardware and software following company and industry standards
• Foster relationships with vendor contacts by overseeing the submission of new and renewal contracts within the Vendor Management System
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to process invoices, create purchase orders, and resolve vendor payment statuses
• Conduct software licensing reviews and audits
• Communicate and interact daily with all management levels, vendors, and service personnel
• Assist various departments with their hardware and software needs
• Act as the liaison between our company and hardware/software vendors for ordered products
• Investigate each requisition to identify the most cost-effective sourcing options and provide business partners with product information and order status or alternatives
• Generate purchase orders for requested hardware and software and verify their accuracy, clarifying ambiguous details with requestors
• Coordinate purchasing control services in line with assigned purchase orders to ensure the receipt of goods while maximizing value for expenditures
