Job Description

Our client, a luxury fashion company, is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working out of their office in Midtown Manhattan. The successful candidate will have experience in managing purchase orders, possess some accounting experience, and have excellent attention to detail.

Role Overview:

• Contract Role: 5-6 month leave of absence coverage
• Pay: $25/hr on W2 (No C2C)
• Schedule: Hybrid, Monday through Wednesday onsite, Thursday & Friday remote

Responsibilities:

• Generate and create purchase orders from freight invoices in SAP
• Ensure timely goods receipt of orders 
• Review and submit invoices to AP Department for payment processing
• Prepare monthly accrual reports in SAP

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related business concentration is preferred
• 1+ years of invoicing and purchase order management experience is required
• Prior experience working within the retail, fashion, beauty, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• SAP experience is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
