About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Painter who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work. In this role, you’ll own the painting process from prep to finish, using spray gun and electrostatic techniques to produce clean, consistent results. What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full painting process—from surface prep to final coat
  • Perform sanding, blasting, and other prep work to ensure top‑tier finishes
  • Apply coatings using spray gun and electrostatic painting methods
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure all work meets project specifications
  • Work closely with shop teams to keep production running smoothly

Your Work Environment

You’ll work in a well‑organized welding and fabrication shop with dedicated areas for painting, welding, and machine operations. It’s a hands‑on environment where you can stay active, learn new skills, and see the results of your work every day.

Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Mon–Fri)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
