Hydraulic Mechanical Gauge Technician

Seeking a skilled Hydraulic Mechanical Gauge Technician responsible for the assembly, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic gauges.

Hydraulic Mechanical Gauge Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Assemble hydraulic gauges, pressure gauges, and mechanical instrumentation components according to engineering drawings and specifications
• Perform calibration of gauges and sensors to NIST standards
• Conduct functional testing, pressure testing, and quality checks on completed assemblies
• Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic gauge failures
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and rebuild customer-returned gauges and sensors
• Maintain calibration and testing records in compliance with quality standards
• Operate test stands, calibration equipment, and precision measurement tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

Hydraulic Mechanical Gauge Technician Qualifications:

• 2+ years of mechanical, hydraulic or instrumentation experience
• Experience with hydraulic systems, pressure gauges or mechanical assemblies
• Knowledge of gauge calibration and measurement systems
• Ability to read blueprints, hydraulic schematics and mechanical drawings
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with calibration equipment and diagnostic tools
