The W2 advantage is that you don't have to worry about setting taxes aside. We'll take care of that for you. 1099 gives you more freedom and flexibility for side gigs.

What We're Looking For

• Experience and Quality: Crews of 1–3 painters with insurance (1099 requirement), own tools, work vehicle, and experience in interior, exterior, and cabinet finishing on residential projects. Please do not apply unless you can provide a portfolio of past work in painting.
• Professionalism: Use of white painter's pants and commitment to cleanliness and quality in every job.
• Positive Attitude: We're looking for painters who radiate kindness, take pride in their work, and are authentic in their dealings with clients and colleagues.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Exceptional Quality: Deliver impeccable work on every project.
• Timeliness: Meet established deadlines.
• Cleanliness: Maintain spotless work areas.
• Leadership: (For the crew leader) Ability to complete complex projects from start to finish without supervision.
