Job Description

  • Lead the full hotel operation, ensuring excellence across all areas (rooms, F&B, operations, guest experience, maintenance, safety).
  • Manage and motivate a team of approximately 40 employees, fostering a culture of service, efficiency, and teamwork.
  • Oversee revenue, pricing, and positioning strategy in coordination with corporate or external teams.
  • Ensure compliance with operational and financial KPIs, including GOP, ADR, RevPAR, operating costs, and guest satisfaction.
  • Implement processes and standards that guarantee the highest service quality and a differentiated guest experience.
  • Analyse performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and execute action plans.
  • Manage key relationships with stakeholders: owners, corporate teams, suppliers, local authorities, and strategic partners.
  • Represent the hotel as an ambassador of the brand within the community and the local market.
  • Supervise the proper functioning of the F&B operation and all hotel outlets.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience as General Manager or Hotel Manager in boutique, lifestyle, or upper‑upscale hotels.
  • Mandatory previous experience in Miami, with a strong understanding of the local market dynamics, competition, and guest behavior.
  • Experience managing hotels between 80 and 200 rooms.
  • Strong background in operations, guest experience, F&B, and financial management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, team‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Highly service‑oriented, quality‑driven, efficient, and results‑focused profile.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and highly competitive markets.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
  • Candidates currently in USA or with a valid visa to work in USA.
