From crafting aggressive recruitment strategies and hunting for top-tier candidates to conducting high-energy interviews and sealing the deal with winning offers, you are the face of our organization. You’ll be the bridge that connects ambitious talent to their dream careers, overseeing everything from the first "hello" to a seamless onboarding experience.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree (or a powerhouse combination of a related degree and 4 years of relevant, hands-on experience).

  • Experience: At least 1+ years of experience in the fast-paced world of recruiting or HR.

  • Tech Savvy: * Pro-level proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruiting CRMs.


    • Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite.


    • A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to leverage AI tools to supercharge your workflow.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs by reviewing attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements.
• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop strategies to ensure vacancies are kept at facility-specified levels and that new programs are fully staffed for opening dates.
• Candidate Assessment: Screen and interview candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resume reviews, and credentials assessments to determine knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, including sign-on bonuses, relocation agreements, and other incentives, while managing counter-offers as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of candidate progress within the applicant tracking system.
• Policy Expertise: Develop and maintain knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate policies to address applicant inquiries.

VERY IMPORTANT: Training will be held In-Person: June 1st - 4th in the Orlando, Florida area. All travel expenses will be reimbursed. You’ll receive a daily meal stipend once you submit your expense report.
The amount will vary depending on how many meals are provided each day (typically between $50–$59/day).
