Production Worker/ Shop Laborers

Pay: $22.00hr (+ $3.00 differential for 3rd shift)

Shift: 1st or 3rd shift, 6 AM-6 PM or 6 PM-6 AM

A shift - Tu, W, Sat, Sun and next week is M, Th, F. Then repeats

B shift - M, Th, F and next week is Tu, W, Sat, Sun. Then repeats

C shift - Sun, M, Th, F and next week is Tu, W, Sat. Then repeats

D shift - Sun, W, Th and next week is M, Tu, F, Sat. Then repeats

Job Responsibilities:

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Move, stage, and prep materials throughout the shop
• Use hand tools and basic power tools (grinders, sanders, drills, etc.)
• Support welders and fabricators with daily production tasks
• Perform basic grinding, sanding, and prep work
• Inspect materials for accuracy and quality
• Restock supplies and help maintain shop equipment

Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse, or production
• Comfortable using tools and working around machinery
• Able to lift 20–40 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Willing to work both indoors and outdoors
• Dependable, safety‑focused, and eager to learn
• Any welding, grinding, or fabrication exposure is a bonus — not required

This is a Contract position based out of Pueblo, CO.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
