Estia Taverna is a celebrated Greek-Mediterranean restaurant known for its vibrant atmosphere, exceptional cuisine, and warm hospitality. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Food Runner to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding dining experience to every guest.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables accurately and efficiently
• Assist servers by ensuring every dish is presented properly before it reaches the guest
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
• Anticipate guest needs — refilling water, clearing plates, and assisting with table resets
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the expo station and dining room
• Support the team during high-volume service, including weekends and special events
• Uphold Estia Taverna's standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (will train the right person)
• Ability to carry multiple plates and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Passion for food and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
