Job Description

Who are we?
Community Care Veterinary Specialists, in beautiful Gainesville, Florida, is a privately owned small animal specialty hospital in North Central Florida.

Come grow with us while we make our vision of creating a community of supportive veterinary professionals that collectively use their individual strengths to contribute to the care of all pets a reality! We foster a hospital culture where the care for our patients and clients is elevated by the supportive relationships between our local general practices and high quality specialty care. Our vision for a different kind of specialty hospital was inspired by our passion for veterinary medicine through collaboration with our clients to ensure the best possible outcome for our patients.

At CCVS, you’ll enjoy the advantages of a locally owned, well-organized specialty practice without the bureaucracy of corporate medicine. Our team is committed to practicing high-quality, compassionate veterinary care supported by experienced technicians, collaborative doctors, and advanced diagnostic and surgical technology.

Our state-of-the-art facilities include ultrasound, digital radiography, echocardiography, advanced anesthesia and pain management capabilities, and oxygen therapy, all designed to support exceptional patient care and comfort. We offer a wide range of specialty and emergency services including Emergency & Critical Care, Oncology, Diagnostic Imaging, advanced soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, outpatient surgery, and veterinary dentistry.

With two Gainesville locations, CCVS provides both comprehensive specialty and emergency care at our Meadowbrook hospital and a quieter outpatient surgery and dentistry experience at our Tower Hill location.
