Job Title: Bus Boy / Busser

Location: Bronx, NY

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Bus Boy / Busser to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean and organized dining environment while supporting servers and kitchen staff to ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Clear and clean tables quickly and efficiently
• Reset tables for new guests
• Assist servers with food and beverage delivery when needed
• Refill water, bread, and condiments
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, and service stations
• Assist with stocking supplies and organizing utensils
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Provide friendly and professional customer service

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift during long shifts
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required
