Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant for a mid-level temporary assignment in Aberdeen, MD. This role is designed for a professional who can hit the ground running, providing high-level support to department heads and ensuring the seamless operation of a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will possess organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

salary: $18 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

  • Office Operations: Coordinate executive calendars, travel logistics, and high-priority meeting schedules.

  • Business Support: Produce and proofread professional reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Information Management: Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate data entry for departmental records.

  • Communication: Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with high discretion.
