Key Responsibilities
Patient Interaction: Welcoming patients, checking them in/out, and handling patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Scheduling & Coordination: Managing busy provider schedules, booking appointments, and sending appointment reminders. Administrative Tasks: Answering phones, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized, updated patient files. Front Desk Management: Ensuring a clean, welcoming reception area and managing inventory of office supplies. Financial & Insurance: Verifying insurance eligibility, collecting co-payments, and processing billing information. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
